'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' originated from a humble ambition: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our small pizzeria has evolved from a quaint family-run spot boasting recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our creator, acquired the craft of pizza making while exploring Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Coming back to the UK, dedicated to emulating the essence of authentic Italian pizza, she made use of original techniques and premium materials.
Our beginnings were in a cozy pizzeria accommodating only a dozen patrons, yet we've become a cherished community fixture, while our dedication to excellence and genuineness holds strong. We continue to employ time-tested wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough in-house every day, and seek out top-tier ingredients.
Nowadays, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still owned and run by the family, with the succeeding Rossi generation at the helm of our zealous team. Despite welcoming some contemporary changes, our essence is unchanged: forging luscious, genuine pizza that unites folks.
